Stupid Andy and ah meng prank called me ytd. LOLX!
Today was the day of the campcraft competition. Woke up at 5am and prepared myself, met PT and we walked to sku together. Waited outside sku for everybody to reach and boarded onto the bus. Gavin's supporter was late! hahax. However, we made it before time. Lolx.
At the hall where sku gathered, saw a lot of teams whom i think looks not bad. LOLX! Was kinda of nervous and some of us went to shit. hahahax! Den announcement was made and me and PT went to register our team. It was drizzling at the time which i dun really lyk.
Rain got better and all the teams went down to stand at our lots. Walked out and everybody fom different sku were lyk clapping for the competitiors. Lolx! Lyk some soccer match lidat. =X Captain was given 1 min to check logistics and finally, the competition started. Mr Toh was so worried for us as we seemed to be taking our own sweet time. hahax. Den Veronica and Afifah Mdm said that we're slow and steady cos ytd when we trained was this kind of speed. Btw, we were given 12 mins to erect one flagstaff, shelter and a gadget component. The pegs were all wet which made me have difficulty pegging. Den Gernette said she'd help me peg and i went to tie the shelter already. Me and Shi Oi built up the skeleton and i could say that the speed was not bad. Den tied the ponchos to create the shelter. In the beinning Mr Toh was so worried as other sku already erect our flagstaff and ours the nylon rope got stucked in between the pole. LOLX! Den the flagstaff ppl(PT, SL & line) tried to take it out.
Den when our sku flag was raised, i forgotten who shouted "OPNP Diam!" All of us stopped what we're doing and stood at sedia position. Our shelter actually collapsed. hahax. It's because the tenguy at another side was not tied yet that's why it'll fall. hahax. Think Mr Toh's heart almost jumped out. XD
We finished everything in 10 mins, close to 11 mins. Den we checked everything to make sure that it was properly done. The long horn blow blast and we went to fall in. We were kind of relieve when we saw that Cedar Girls, the 8 year champ for the competition i think, didn't do well today. Their shelter was not completed and one of the peg for their flagstaff came out. The whole thing almost fell. It was a close shave. The rain got bigger and all of us were drenched already. We sat on the ground and our trackpants were collecting the rainwater. -.-''' Den me and PT were called to stay while the others went into the shelter. We were the spokesman for our team. The rain got really big and we were given an umbrella to walk to the shelter.
One shelter from one sku... Collapsed in the rain. We waited and waited in the shelter when announcement was made that the competition will be postponed to next Sat. I was lyk WTF?!? At one moment we were happy about the that and another was angry to hear that it'll be postponed. So we got drenced for nothing huh?!? The organiser didn't even apologised to everyone!!! Is lyk today what we built was one of the best already and they just merely said that "The competition will be postponed to next Sat". CHICKEN!!!
Mr Toh face turned black and went to talk to dunno who. Guessed he argued with the ppl dere. hahax. And we're going to train again next Friday aft the Sports Carnival and guessed how tiring it'll be... Somemore some of the Sec4s and 3s are attending the NCO Camp next Sat. Now it clashed with the competition...
All of us cooled ourselves down. If we're good we need not need to be afraid of others. YEA! hahax. So we planned where to eat and ate KFC and Pizza Hut at Chong Pang. XD Me, Emmelline, PT and Sze Li ordered a Family Feast A and oso a large pizze. We though we could finish them but it doean's turned out so. XD A few mouthful of pizza was left. My drumstick left abit too. And oso the mashed potato and drinks. hahax. Went home with PT.
Got myself clean and slept from 1+ all the way to 6+. Lolx! Don't say that i slept so much cos i slept at 1+ ytd and woke up at 4:56am actually! PT morning called me 4 mins earlier! =( hahax.
