Today is a very special day cos we went to pay our ancestors a visit at Mandai... Dunno wad is it call in chinese but I am refering to "sao mu". Hahax. Personally, I feel that it is a very important and also a meaningful thing to do out of this 365 days. It'll be kinda embarrassing of oneself if they can afford to get a day off to do other things but not able to pay their ancestors a visit. So, woke up at 4am plus, got things prepared and left home at ard 6am. I forgotten why I wasn't able to make it for last year and felt that it's foolish of me -.-'''.
Glad that my tai gong, tai ma, ah gong, ah ma, and my wu shu gong are being moved and placed together now. =) In total, we set up 3 tables and the paper money to be burnt was lots. Many relatives attended but not some of the children and a few adults. Just feel that it's a very heartwarming scene despite all of us waking up early. "If you have the heart to pay your ancestors a visit, it doesn't matter how early does it take you to be there." Isn't it?
Btw, I still prefer the traditional way of going to each of the ancestors graveyard and pray. Putting colour notes on the graveyard and put stones on it to prevent it from flying away, re-painting the wordings, taking turns to offer joss sticks and etc. It just feel more lyk "Qing Ming Jie" yea. Now, it's just too convenient for us already... But no choice, the government's chasing already. So will our children still witness this scene in the future...?
Reached home at ard 8am and the traffic was "jamming" already when we left the place. Slept till 1pm+ and met baby. Saw my twin sister just now! Hahax. Let's have beancurd session soon! So miss the time we spent. Hahax.
Oh yea, Clash of The Titans was not bad. Hahax. (Suddenly craving for mango ice!) Hehehex. Benson tmr start sku liao... Kinda sianz for him... LOLX! Well, put on ur smart uniform yea! XD
